We manage for the user experience
With customers visiting the ATM more frequently than the branch, it is important that the bank exceeds their customers expectations in term of accessibility, security, cleanliness, and availability. It is important to note that we do not manage “for-profit,” we manage for “user experience.” This is a major difference from other “retail” and “profit” driven ATM companies and it is evident in the way Flite professionally manages its ATM facilities.
